Rules for using resurs.ro and the terms we work under

These terms apply to the resurs.ro website, operated by Resurs Corporation. By using the site you confirm that you have read and accepted the conditions below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
The site is presentational: it describes our services and lets you send a request for a quote. No online sales are made here, no payments are collected, and no contract is concluded automatically.
Prices and quotes
Information about services, timelines and floor lifespan is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. The final price is set after a site visit, based on the condition of the substrate, the area, the chosen system and the working conditions. Any estimate given before the visit is preliminary.
Requests sent through the site
When filling in the contact form, please provide real contact details. We reply during business hours, usually within 2 working hours. Sending a request does not oblige you to anything and does not create a contractual relationship.
Terms of cooperation
Work is carried out under a written contract signed separately for each project. The contract sets out the flooring system, the area, the price, the timeline, the stages of execution, the acceptance conditions and the warranty. Where the site and the contract differ, the contract prevails.
Warranty
The warranty period is set in the contract, depending on the system applied and the operating conditions — typically between 7 and 15 years. It covers the work we perform and assumes the client follows the operating and maintenance conditions handed over at completion.
Intellectual property
The texts, project photographs, graphics and structure of the site belong to Resurs Corporation and are protected by law. Reusing or reproducing them, in whole or in part, requires our written consent.
Limitation of liability
We make every effort to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete at all times. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general site information without an on-site assessment, nor for the content of external sites we link to.
Personal data
Data sent through the form is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, available on this site. It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement is settled amicably where possible; otherwise the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. Consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last update date shown above.
